While every registered voter got a mail-in ballot in the 2020 election, that did not automatically establish vote-by-mail status for those voters in future elections. If you had signed up for vote-by-mail status prior to 2020, that will appear in your My Voter Record account. Otherwise, the "Mail-In Ballot History" section of your account will show the following: "Ballot request type: Single Election".
