Torch is an organization where people who identify as LGBT+, who are questioning their sexuality, or who simply want to support the LGBTQ+ community can come together and socialize without fear of alienation. Torch is a social organization whose members meet on a regular basis to discuss current issues, offer support, and to provide a social outlet.
Located on the 7th floor of the Howe Center, the Stevens Student Counseling and Disability Services (SCADS) provides personal counseling services to enrolled students of Stevens Institute of Technology. Their office also coordinates disability accommodations and services. These services are free and confidential for enrolled students.
