Last day of finals!

Library open 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Knitting Corner
Join librarian Courtney Walsh as she shares her love of knitting (and purling)! First-timers welcome. BYO projects; some yarn and needles will be provided for beginners.

Desk Yoga
Join Danielle Pagliuca, RYT-200 and Assistant Director of the Office of Academics, for a beginner-level desk-based yoga flow designed to reduce stress and increase energy. Each class will include an opening breathing exercise followed by a variety of sitting and standing poses, using a desk and chair.

Guided Meditation
You’ve been studying hard! Take a short break to clear the mental cobwebs and de-stress with a guided meditation led by Dr. Eric Rose, Director of Student Counseling. Meditation has been shown to boost energy, improve your mood, and help with the efficiency of your studying.
